I'm curious for viewpoints here, because I really want to know how some people will answer this one to me. I want anyone reading this thread right now to say how they think the live Dragon Ball movie will be, why they think the movie will turn out that way, hopes for what you'll see, and any suggestion you would give the director if you were to meet up with him personally. At least give answers to two of the questions, or more if you'd like. I want viewpoints. Go.

I dunno the reviews thinks it sucks but I think. I think it just depends on how you feel about it. It might be a horrible remake of the anime/manga but it has to have some kick ass special effects on the big screen.

I personally think I won't end up liking this movie, because I think they took the wrong approach to it. I think a CG movie approach would have been much better, but you never know, I guess. If not that, actors that actually looked like their characters would have been a major plus. Personally, though my expectations are low for the movie, I'm anticipating to see what they do with it.

Should be an interesting watch, to say the least. It's amazing Dragon Ball is being brought to the big screen in the first place.

I might also say, they're marketing it all wrong... Though you don't see much about it, you still don't see anything that makes you whisper "awesome" to yourself. In the most recent example, a trailer I saw... You don't EVER start a trailer with "He just wanted to fit in." I'm really hoping this movie is better than I'm expecting it to be, I pray that I'm not hoping for too much. <By the way, talking about a movie's marketing is also considered talking about the movie, right, not spam?>

It's fine. Why wouldn't it be?
I'm not expecting much either, and it's always good to think that way for a movie. No hype=no disappointment

Exactly. Meaning that if I think its gonna suck, and its turns out good, I'll have gotten my money's worth. Bang for the buck, if you will.

Live action movies usually suck. I don't think it will be good, but I still want to see it for shits and giggles.

If others will go with me I'll go but i really dont expect anything good from simply because animes brought to live action always suck. cuz unlike a drawing board there are limits to what u can put in to real life. Ex. energy attacks idk how that would get pulled off and the story line always gets changed some how.
