I'm sorry.
I'm sorry that you can't see what I saw that made me turn your religion down.
I'm sorry that your attempts to convert me have failed.
I'm sorry for you, for putting all your hopes onto one being.
I'm sorry that you hate everyone else that does not have the same beliefs as you.
I'm sorry that your only excuse when something goes wrong is "It is God's decision."
I'm sorry that you chose not to watch The DaVinci Code (Good movie, by the way), but instead, went to watch The Passion of the Christ.
I'm sorry that all that I said above is the farthest you'll get to open minded.
I'm sorry that you repost useless chain letters to prove your loyalty to this god of yours.
I'm sorry that the holiest man in the world had to say "no" to getting laid.
I'm sorry for people that kill animals just to prove their religion.
I'm sorry for people that THINK that they'll get 72 female virgins when they die for their religion.
And lastly, I'm sorry that when you die, nothing will happen.
Oh, I'm also sorry that a moderator will remove this post and probably place it as spam.

Don't be so quick to think that we're a bunch of ignorant fools who won't accept someone else's beliefs. Also, this post is not in the least bit spam.
I'm pretty agnostic when it comes to Religion...like, I don't know and I don't think anyone really knows what happens when we die. I don't think one should really worry about that either. The whole concept of religion has really befuddled me and I wish I had more time to talk about it...I would very much enjoy discussing such things with another person. A philosophy board would be very nice....

Sorry, I had to lol.. I really do accept pretty much anyone's beliefs, but people should not endlessly try to convert people...there are so many things in the religious field to talk about...good idea on the Philosophy section, Jake.

One, I love it how you quoted that joke from "Achmed the Dead Terrorist." Even if you didn't, that's where I heard it.
Two, I think anyone should be left to their own religious belief but there shouldn't be crazy people trying to shove religion into every porous of your skin.
Three, I too think that everything shouldn't be based off the thought that its God's doing. I mean man invented everything that exists now-a-days. Every belief of what is right and what is wrong came out of a man's mouth. Even the translation of the Bible came out of a man's mouth. So why should we believe everything that is said today? I really don't know what to believe now-a-days.

These kind of debates always sort of piss me off....both sides annoy me. I think that it is impossible to know how the Universe began and that we are foolish for thinking that we can figure such things out but then again, such is the arrogance of man. I also think that it's stupid to blindly follow something without question. Can I help it that I was intelligent enough to possibly doubt my previous religious beliefs? Does it make me a sinner for naturally questioning my religion?
The same applies for death and the after life. Both sides worry me which I know is foolish. On one side you die and that's it, game over, do not pass go, do not collect $200 dollars. That is foolish because I wouldn't even be aware... On the other side it's an eternal paradise. Why would that worry me? The fact that being eternally happy just isn't human. I want to keep my feelings, thoughts and emotions...I'm afraid I'd basically lose who I am if there was just this Heaven where you are happy and just are. Not to say that I'd enjoy an after life..it's just that my idea of the after life doesn't fit the "eternal paradise" thing that most religions have. Paradise is overrated anyway...
I hate it when people aren't understanding of your "beliefs" as well... I recently had a theological "debate" with my brother and it ended with him saying he hated people "like me." Now what the fuck does that mean? Excuse me for questioning religious faith. I didn't ask to be this way and I'm not just going to block off my questions. I guess I have the mind of a scientist...or a philosopher..always questioning life and the mysteries of it.

Well, no one should question that and just let it be and I understand how you think it's kind of stupid to follow something without questioning, but no one has the actual answer to everything. In my opinion, their answers are just their opinions and their own conclusions. So I'm guessing that just some people let it be because they have different opinions on it and such.

Who gives a fuck about what everyone else thinks? Get back into your holes and ignore the religious activity. And if you're religious, well good for you! But not a single person cares who you follow, what you believe in, or if your religion is the "correct" organization. I personally choose to follow my own beliefs, not those of some mad prophet. "Don't be so quick to think that we're a bunch of ignorant fools who won't accept someone else's beliefs."-Jake. We never really accept someone's beliefs. Unless they are in agreement with our own, of course. I find it foolish to claim otherwise.

When I said accept I merely meant to tolerate the religious beliefs of another person
