Chapter 3, Part 2.
"My name is Martin, I'm the mayor of Sylvezard, this city---" "Well, I wouldn't call this dump much of a city." Sevik interrupted. "Yes." Martin said. "Anyhow, we have no police, you see? We're striving to become the most peaceful place in all of Takanna, therefore none of us have much, if any experience in combat. Because of this, anything potentially threatening is considered dangerous here." he explained. "So, if this is the case, then I suppose I should leave." Sevik said. "Sir--" "Knives, I don't do that 'sir' shit!" Sevik said sharply. "Knives, got it. I'm afraid I'm goinog to have to ask you to leave. I've sent some people through the Sylvezard Desert to repair and refuel your spaceship." Martin said. "Like that beast, you potentially cause a threat. Leave, now." he said pointing to the door. "When you're out the door, take a le--" "A few things you should know." Sevik said. "First thing, and easiest to say, I know where I'm going, and I don't need some old geezer telling me where to go. Now, that's out of the way." Sevik breathed in sharply, as though in pain. "Two, I don't give a flying fuck about the people, rules, or well-being of this place. I slayed that three headed beast for my own survival, not you." he said holding two fingers up. "Sir--" Martin started. "I told you its Knives, and I'm not done yet; shut up and listen. Three, I don't care about whatever you have to give me. I don't care for you money, any of your money, and I sure as hell couldn't give less of a shit for you friendship. I came here for two things, a repair for my ship, and fuel for it." His heart was fast, he was breathing heavily, and he was sweating hard now. "Now, the last thing..." he gasped, and dropped to a knee, he supported his weight with his left hand. He looked at his upper right arm, which was swollen, half of it was purple from swelling. 'Damn serpent!!' he thought. "This seems to contradict that third thing, but I need an antidote." Sevik said gasping for breath. Martin, shocked by Sevik's request, gave him a look. "So, lets recap everything thats happened here so far shall we? I invited you into my house and offered you food. You thanked me by insulting me as well as all of Sylvezard, you tell me you couldn't care less if we all died, use constant obscenities in my house, and tell me to shut up. I think you've showed your true colors, and you truly still expect me to give you an antidote?!?" Martin asked in disbelief. Sevik puts his right arm on the ground for support and picks his left hand up. He lunges for Martin and tightly grips the top of his shirt. "Get it, NOW!!!" he demands. Martin reaches for it and gives it to Sevik. "Good." he said to Martin. He injects himself with the antidote, and loses consciousness soon after. Seven hours later, Sevik woke up in his ship. "Okay, I'm tired of waking up in here after falling unconscious." he said. He looked at the map in he ship, and there was a note. *Knives, I told you that you would have to leave. Thanks for eliminating the chimera, but you must leave. Your ship is refueled, repaired, and we even added an extra layer of protection for it. Whatever hit your ship must have been tremendously strong. As far as your supply bag, we restocked it a bit. There's food and 1,000 credits, take it. Oh, last thing. We put a tank full of fuel for your ship in there with you. Take care of yourself. Farewell, Martin, mayor of Sylvezard.* "Well, its about time I got going." Sevik said. He finally reloaded his guns, then he took off heading for Marculsia.

Chapter 4: Marculsia -The Advanced Planet- Part One Sevik landed his ship on the planet of Marculsia, and as he stepped out of his ship, a man holding a piece of paper staggered over his way. “Sir, ca--“ <Already this shit again?> Sevik thought. He grabbed the man by the collar of his shirt and lifted him using his ship as a wall. “If you want to keep your throat where it belongs, you won’t be calling me ‘sir,’ got it? You’ll call me by Knives!” he exclaimed. “Knives, yes, I understand. You look like a well-equipped man who has some battle experience.” He paused. “What of it?” Sevik asked. The man held out the piece of paper that described a legendary demon said to have been slain thousands of years ago, and just recently resurrected. “This demon was killed by a great Marculsian hero some time ago. It was 50,000 ago years or somewhere in that time frame. Anyway, that’s not important now. Somehow, the demon has resurrected, and it needs to once again be killed. It has enough power to destroy all of Marculsia.” The man said. “This paper I hold in my hands is not only a request to get a beast eliminated, but it has the legend of the demon on it. It goes something like this.” He started reading from the paper.
“The Marculsian Demon: the name of a demon that almost obliterated Marculsia. With skin as durable as rubber yet seemingly tough as rock, the strength of the gods, and an amount of energy comparable to our sun, it seemed all hope was lost for Marculsia. Dating back to somewhere around 50,000 years ago, the beast was finally done in when the great hero Marcus Delgon sacrificed himself to rid the planet of the evil demon. It is said that Marcus put his pure soul into his sword, and then he drove his sword into the skull of the demon. Afterwards, the demon fell to the ground and turned to stone, petrified to a point where he could not move, and Marcus completely disappeared from the planet.”
“It seems some greedy soul took the sword, and now the demon is back.” The man said now shivering a bit at the thought. “Why can’t all of you take the demon out? You have the weapons to do it.” Sevik said. “We have the weapons, but there’s nobody who wants to take on that thing, even if it was multiple people at once, they wouldn’t budge. Knives, I’ll give you supplies beyond you belief and some money for taking it out. All you have to do is say the word. How much would you do it for?” he asked Sevik. “You really expect me to believe this bullshit?” Sevik asked the man. The ground shook then. <Fuck! Okay, if this guy’s desperate enough, I wonder how much money I can get from him.> Sevik thought. “10,000 credits, and the deed is done.” He said to the man. “Also, I’ll need a lot of ammo, some food, and water.” He said. The man took of and Sevik saw then demon. <What a colossus. What the hell am I up against? Whatever, it’s all for the money, it’s what I do.> he thought. The demon appeared 50 feet tall, and its grey skin looked weak enough to dig into. It carried a sword with a 20 foot blade. It also looked strong enough to tear an entire city apart with ease. It looked at Sevik with fire red eyes. Sevik charged the demon.
((Muahahaha!!! Me and my cliffhangers.))

((God, this one's long.))
Chapter four: part two. Sevik -who was now charging the Marculsian demon- held his sword forward, the shining silver blade ready to take the demon down. “No sweat.” He thought. He readied a mighty blow, but the demon’s skin deflected the attack. “Shit, this isn’t good…” he said. The demon slashed vertically to try to hit Sevik, who rolled out of the way. The ground now had a crater 15 feet deep and 5 feet wide. <Holy shit…> Sevik thought. Now behind the demon, Sevik put his sword away and readied his guns. “My sword won’t hurt you? How about a bite of gunpowder?” he said as he pulled his handguns out. He shot the demon through the back of the head; the bullet came out the other side. Green blood spurted from the demon, but it seemed unaffected. <What the hell do I do? That didn’t hurt him at all.> he thought. He was walking backward when the demon slammed his foot into the ground, causing the ground around the area to violently shake. Sevik fell to a knee. “You’re not even the biggest of my problems, I have much more to worry about.” He said slowly getting back up. <Okay, let’s give my daggers a try.> he put his guns away and pulled out his daggers. The blades of the daggers rested along Sevik’s arm. He once again charged at the demon, and he tried slashing its leg with his dagger. The blade once again deflected. <WHAT THE FUCK?!?!?!?> He thought. The man who ran off to go get Sevik’s supplies was running for Sevik when he saw the demon. “Jesus Christ, what is this thing?!?!?!?” he exclaimed quietly. “KNIVES!!!” he yelled. Sevik turned back to see who called him when the demon backhanded him hard, sending him flying somewhat far away. He was lying on his stomach, his fists were clenched tight. “You stupid son of a bitch!! Do you really think I’ll go down that easy?” he gasped. He was up to his knees and his fists now. He put his left foot on the ground and rested his left arm on his knee. “Well, you’re in for one hell of a battle.” Sevik said. He looked down at the pendant hanging from his neck. “I won’t fail now, I REFUSE TO LOSE TO YOU!!!” he screamed at the beast. He once again started running at the demon. “Knives, I have your--” the man with the supplies started. “OUTTA MY WAY!!” Sevik screamed, now in a full sprint. He tossed the dagger from his right hand to his left, threw the man aside, took his right hand dagger back from his left and he kept sprinting. He approached the demon at this speed, and he leaped for it as soon as it was close. He thrusted his left dagger into the demon’s skin, and it stuck there. <Hmm, I wonder…> Sevik thought. He took his right arm, swung to get up and thrusted his right dagger higher up into the demon’s leg. He pulled his left dagger out. <Hmm, this seems to be working.> Sevik thought. The demon started trying to shake him off, but Sevik kept climbing up its body, going on with the process until he finally reached the shoulder of the demon. He stood up on the shaking demon’s shoulder and looked for a way to kill it. Sevik heard a faint scream from down below called his name once again. He looked down and saw a thick cloud of green blood. <Almost there.> he thought. “WHAT?!?” Sevik screamed to the man. “HIS HEAD! WITH YOUR BLADE, STRIKE HIS HEAD WHERE THE GREAT HERO MARCUS DID 50,000 YEARS AGO!!!” The man screamed to Sevik. Sevik looked at the head of the demon, and climbed it. On top of the head, there was a dusty lime green slash that appeared to be ancient. Sevik sheathed the dagger in his right hand, and took out his sword once again with his right hand. He brought his right arm back and charged a mighty blow into the scar at the top of the demon’s head. The demon cried in pain. Sevik took his left handed dagger and jammed it into the back of the demon’s head, which was violently shaking now in a final attempt to throw Sevik off of it. “DON’T THINK YOU’RE THROWING ME OFF, YOU FUCKER!!” Sevik screamed at the demon. He pulled his sword and thrusted it into the top of the demon’s skull once again. This time, the demon fell to its knees, and eventually collapsed. Sevik took his sword and dagger out of the demon and rose to his feet. His arms were bleeding, he was short on breath, and he felt somewhat weak for the first time. “Well now… this is new…” He collapsed in the pool of green blood surrounding him. He woke up two days later in a Marculsian hospital bed. The man who asked him to slay the demon was waiting there for him to wake up. “Knives, you’ve been out for two days. You’ve gotten rid of all truly threatening evil on this planet. You’re now a hero here, and you have all of our gratitude. Here are the supplies I promised you, and 20,000 credits. Thank you.” He said to Sevik. He handed Sevik three large bags. One full of ammo, one filled with water bottles, and one filled with food. He handed Sevik 20,000 credits. Sevik stood up. “Well, this looks to be a bit more than you promised, looks like you lived up to your part. There’s a mark out there, far more dangerous, that’s waiting for its death. By the way, don’t be calling me hero, it just doesn’t fit me.” He said to the man. He took the bags and the money from the man and took off running for his ship. He put his supplies down, and he set off for his next destination. <I wonder what the next place will bring…> Sevik thought as he took off.
